Description of duties

Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, you will undertake tasks to provide excellent customer service and ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly. You are responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
1. Ensure prompt service in the Pharmacy by assisting pharmacist in inventory.
2. Accept customer and prescription information.
3. Assist with pharmacy activities planning and maintenance.

As an assistant, you must be meticulous and reliable since the job has high responsibility.

Qualification

Education: Certificate of completion of diploma/ degree in the related field.
Experience: No work experience required; Having two years of experience in a healthcare organization would be an asset.

Skills

Competencies: Highly customer service oriented; Set a good personal example of attitude and performance; ability to work independently; ability to multi-task; highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined; excellent written and oral communication skills.
Languages: Good knowledge of english, malay and mandarin
IT skills: Knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word are considered essential. Good storytelling would be an asset.
